This a listing on my felings about my treks in the mountains and the kind of people who I have met there. The experience is a very spiritual one and it has been great going up into the mountains again and again... The Sunrises and Sun sets are breath taking!

WAHE GURU

Gur fateh and a very warm welcome to you Qshi ji to the LT family Discussion forum ji. U have raised a very good question ji.

"Sab te wada satgur Nanak ji kal rakhi meri", GGS page 750, M. 5

Es pankti da sahi ucharan es taran hai ji...

Sab te wada satgur(take a pause here), Nanak jin kal rakhi meri.

which means Nanak ji khende han ki sabh ton wada satgur hai(Universal Truth)- Gyan/intellect, jo meri rakheya karda hai i.e. Nanak ji says in humbleness that sabh ton vada sacha te sucha jeevan hai...jera meri vikaraan ton rakheya karda hai.

Truth is high, higher still is Truthful living.

Hope to get more thoughts from other members also...

Regards
